From a glance at compatibleweb.com, I think you simply have the wrong
prefix

   v-spf1 ip4:66.235.180.161 -all

You want

   v=spf1 ip4:66.235.180.161 -all

(note the '=').

agreed this is the likely first cause but feel free to send me an email offlist
from/via your server so i can show/tell you about any other
PTR>A>IP
HELO>IP
or HELO>SPF>FAIL
issues that my eyes see by looking through headers

as your mail to the list came from dsl-189-175-253-95-dyn.prod-infinitum.com.mx
which is neither your server as mentioned or a system most would ever consider
anything but spammy

{dsl & dyn in name automatically == bot-spam to most as few accept incoming
connections from non-servers}
