Bleh I was using an old test stylesheet on command
line that i was using early in the day. So no matter
what I was updating, was using that static test xsl. I
hate dumb mistakes.
priority=.5 worked fine

With Saxon, I do not even need to set the
priority,

will think any wildcard* element with that

attribute is a better match than the element
itself.
But when I transform straight with FOP/Xalan (and
with
the priority's above), it does not prioritize the
rule? am I doing something wrong?
