Re: Encoding problem

When I specify utf-8, the document is not parsed
fully, and if I manually edit and remove the double
quotes the file is parsed.

Also tried iso-8859-1 but didn't get expected results.

There are thousands of encodings a file could be in, just guessing one
and seeing if it parses correctly isn't a very reliable way of
determining the encoding.

You need to specify the encoding that the file is in.
