I tried without specifying any encoding and in that
case even the single quotes are appearing as hash
symbol.
When I specify utf-8, the document is not parsed
fully, and if I manually edit and remove the double
quotes the file is parsed.
Also tried iso-8859-1 but didn't get expected results.
