Well for example for persons which develops in os linux (gcc) and not
microsoft who are developing in c for obtaining maximum performance (and
then they can't use JNI)....

I would think that all the existing xslt2 processors can be interfaced
with C. I know Saxon can (via JNI or .NET) and Gestalt can.
