Could there, should there, be an XML browser that handles all the XML
technologies natively with the ability to handle display and scripting
as it should have been? I was going to say ignoring the HTML stuff but
most people wouldn't use it. 

As I typed that, I think I'm saying the obvious. The current browsers
should be doing that now.
