How would search engines find data?
Simply try "+16.1.1629 Besançon" (with apostrophes) in Google and
you'll get an xml file from documenta.rudolphina.org.
Google does this for about 4 years now, Bing knows nothing, same for
Yahoo! (but the Yahoos site explorer knows the pages).
