I have read that already, but no direct solution.

It's there, in the man page under the section of multi drop mail boxes. Trust me on this one, that's how I found out.

You do have to do a lot of reading mind you as it's fairly far down. From memory it's something like poll...to * here (for a 1:1 mapping, relying on the local MTA to do name mappings).

another question that I have is, i came across a article saying creating a
dot-qmail file in the /var/qmail/alias/ folder with the content of:
| ../bin/qmail-inject -a -f"$SENDER" "${LOCAL#mbox-userstr-}(_at_)HOST"

it stated also that this require a modern /bin/sh.

can anyone tell me what does it means by "require a modern /bin/sh"?

Probably means something that's POSIX compliant, not a pure BOURNE shell (ie something like bash or ksh). Sadly I don't use qmail but sendmail so can't really help further on that issue.
