     I will agree with you that cookies should be anything other than CTLs.

     I don't feel strongly about abolishing DIGEST, although it seems a bit of
an unnecessary burden to new implementors to have to worry about two different
ways of representing the same thing.

     As for SOUND, as long as I can use .snd files, I'm satisfied.  I don't
care if I have to use X-NEXT (same as X-SUN) or if I can get away with an
officially blessed name.
