Re: SHOW STOPPERS in the new RFC-XXXX draft

Mark - adding multiple subtypes will INCREASE the number of subtypes.
It's just that simple.

Now people are going to say: "hmmm, let me just add this little
refinement to this existing type/subtype combination".  

> From my perspective, I still can't see the need.  Modulo some minor
wording changes, most of the existing type/subtype definitions in the
new XXXX look fine (and more importantly, interoperable-implementable)
to me.  Let's not complicate it...
