        I looked in section 5 of the Host Requirements RFC (RFC-1123)
to see if this problem was addressed, but it doesn't seem to be spoken
to explicitly. (I assume you already checked 1123)?
        It is known that both Host and Router Requirements documents
need a going over, and the Router one is basically done; perhaps it
is time to brush off the HR's as well?
