Should mailtool use "content-type: application" for attachments, or should
there be a "content-type: attachment" added to the draft?
But that's *not* the content-type of the attachment; it would be
"application/postscript", or some such, right? Perhaps another
suggestion made a couple of days ago did it right: If the desire is to
mark individual parts as attachments, put them inside an "envelope" of
type "message/attachment".
