Re: simplemail draft RFC available

Eek.  Someone has obviously fixed the handling of ^H-underlines in the
latest version of Andrew, which you are running and I am not.

I'm sorry to have badmouthed Andrew unnecessarily.  Really, I thought I
was only badmouthing myself in this regard, since I'm the one who didn't
handle ^H-underlines well.  I'm glad you guys fixed it, and I apologize
for the slur.

The fact remains, though, that the current public release of Andrew has
that problem.....
