I give up.  Your messages are so full of false statements that it
is not worth the effort to answer them.

I'm sure you will keep saying that ISO-2022 is the only character
set used on the Internet by Japan and many other pro-ISO-2022
false statements.  But most people on this mailing list are
knowledgeable enough to know your satements are false.

You are probably setting back adoption of ISO-2022 by quite a bit.
