I would like to add two cases.
Dave, which do you think violate rfc822?
a) ISO-2022-JP encoded Japanese character
b) uuencoded Japanese character
c) uuencoded binaries(eg. gif, jpeg...)
d) B encoded binaries(eg. gif, jpeg...)
e) Q encoded ISO-8859-1
f) B encoded ISO-2022-JP
g) ASCII text including Form Feed character.
h) ASCII text including escape sequence such as underline or bold, but
not characterset designation/invoking.
