Munpack does not recognize *any* nonstandard content transfer
encoding. If it encounters a c-t-e of "x-uuencode" or the like, it
will issue a warning and treat it as a c-t-e of "8bit".
Munpack will only decode the uuencode format in top-level text
messages which have no name parameter or content-disposition filename
parameter and which have a transfer encoding other than base64 or
quoted-printable.
For maximum interoperability, do not use a nonstandard
content transfer encoding. Use the ClariNet multipart/alternative
hack and/or include instructions as to how the recipient may obtain
mpack.
