At this point, I'll go ahead and update the draft to use a content-type
parameter ("format=" for now).
This sounds great, but shouldn't it be:
format=fixed-lines/paragraphs/blurdybloops
I'm a bit worried about what people will do given the option to name
their text anything they want, so we probably ought to try (again) for a
defaulting rule for unrecognized formats. :-)
