I see some adoption of the List-* headers, though not as much as I would like.
what can we do to encourage them?
GENERATING the headers is not the question. Getting user agents to notice
them and use them constructive is the challenge.
Given how few major UA players there are, this should not be that difficult.
Yet it is...
