Trusting people based on "From:" is an idea whose time has gone.
1. Virii are often sent by people you know.
2. Various aquaintances have recently received spam from "me". The "from"
and "to" addresses in that spam seem to be harvested from the same web
pages. Successfully too: The spam went straight through a whitelist
filter.
