Of course not; usepro doesn't define header fields. Header fields are
defined in usefor. From draft-ietf-usefor-usefor-11.txt:
Indeed, because Usepro does not specify any protocol action that has to be
taken when this header is encountered (and if it did, it would only be a
"MAY"). The Usefor draft tells you everything you need to know about it.
