Anybody should be able to manually send a couple of mails
without any authentication or registration, and a few
occasional spams or 419 sent that way dont justify any
totalitary approach.
This is the nice thing about smtp, and it does not conflict
with RMX btw.
It should however not be possible to abuse this freedom for
sending quantities of unsolicited bulk mail, this is the bad
thing about smtp and I hope we could concentrate on that.
