What do you do when a legit company sends you two hundred copies of a mesage to 190 non-existent addresses, and 10 real ones? You can't block the company. You have to deal with the bounces. And there are no customers paying for those bounces. They left years ago.

I'm not sure which upsets me more: that people are so unwilling to accept
responsibility for their own actions, or that they are so eager to regulate
everyone else's.
