Please review the last 10 years of history, concerning the adoption of

Please remember, what the Internet has been 10 years ago. HTTP
and Mosaic were just invented. You can't compare this with today's
Internet, so reviewing the last 10 years is pointless.

Furthermore: Even if adoption of new protocols has been slow in the
last 10 years, has there ever been a threat like Spam? No. You can't
compare the last 10 years with today.

Please recite your experiences with Malaysian ISPs, US ISPs, Bolivian
ISPs and Tunisian ISPs. They, too, must accomplish adoption before the
proposed mechanism is useful.

I agree, that the 'Old Europe' might be faster than the rest of the
world. Second and Third world countries must be forced to upgrade,
because that's where the Spam comes from that is unreachable by law.

But the US ISPs will be a problem, I agree. The New World might not be
so new and fast, that's true. But this can be solved easily: Tell
people that Iraq's domains have RMX records and therefore are more
advanced than US domains. This is a tactical disadvantage for future
wars. Declare RMX records to be a patriots duty and claim to be on
a mission for God. This will make everything in the US move. Even the
Internet.
