Folks,
An entire class of spam would be eliminated. That class is currently a
large percentage of the spam I get. Given, a lot of it will migrate into
other forms, but there will be approaches for dealing with those forms.

And herein lies the key questions. As Vernon notes, no one has offered a
careful, detailed response to these concerns.

ps. It strikes me that the RMX proposal is conceptually similar to the
old IDENT specification which purported to offer wonderful security but
was soundly rejected by the security community.
