Doesn't that style of rhetoric voilate the IETF's rules? Mr. Danisch

I would suggest, Vernon, that you improve your own behaviour before
you complain about others. The past few days has seen a spate of ad
hominem attacks by you, along with overt attempts to put words into
other peoples mouths, and then attacking them for your own inventions.
Regardless of the offical response, I wish Dave Crocker and others
would reward such behavior more appropriately, with complete silence.
There has already been official response on Dave's behaviour. Dave
has apparently ignored that response. I wait for it to escalate.
My involvement here has been naive, I must admit. I had hoped that
I could honestly address technical concerns I had about solutions
proposed by others, and that other would honestly address technical
concerns about solutions I proposed. While that has occasionally
happened, the people I would label "con" have made a habit out of
quietly ignoring any arguments they find difficult, among other
unproductive behaviours.
I'm strongly of the opinion that I should give up on ASRG and go
away, as the people opposing ANY solution will never agree to let ASRG
be productive. Alternately, I would recommend to the IRTF that people
who are unwilling to accept any changes to the network be made
unwelcome in ASRG.
