Yes.

I don't agree.  I didn't appreciate seeing thousands of raunchy
unsolicited advertisements go out over the Internet, signed "webmaster
(at) mikerubel.org."  I feel that whoever sent them had no right to
use my name.  

I feel quite similarly.

But without RMX, there was nothing I could do about it.

Here we part.  I don't consider RMX to be a suitable address to the
problem.

The freedom of a sender to send whatever he wants need not extend to
libel of third parties.

Absolutely.  Therefore the problem is to find another more welcome and
facile solution.
