It would be a mistake to assume "not had direct experience". For either
of us. Beyond that I'll only note that the draft does not require DNSBL
operators to identify themselves.
META: Say, John, what are the mechanics of updating the draft? Do I
just start on a 02, and at a reasonable point, hand you a new one to get
distributed?
