Several months ago I encountered a encountered a company offering a
Goodmail-style service except that it was implemented by piggybacking
an extra identifier into the DMIM header.  I'm trying to dig up the
reference, I'll follow up if I find it.  (Does this sound familiar to
anyone else?)
