No, but widely enough that we've not had any complaints. It's even the
default port used by some MUAs now - like Apple's "Mail.app" and the
iPhone. Blocking port 25 will encourage deployment of port 587.
In my view, network operators should assume now that email service
providers DO provide port 587, unless they have an overwhelming business
case to do otherwise.
