running mail systems and companies selling mail services is very low. I
would be shocked if most providers of mail services even today are aware of
the CSV proposals' existence at any level, either corporately or among
their technical staff.
Available evidence supports that... I've been running CSV on input for
years. Of 5 million recent email sessions on one server, I found 148 CSA
entries, of which only 6 from cheetahmail.com indicated CSV authorization
for the IP address connecting to us.
