Differentiating between a good in a range of bad and a bad in a range of
good, or getting some composite information about a range before drilling
down further. This feature is most likely a YAGNI.
That sounds like an interesting problem, but it's not one that DNSBLs
have tried to address, and it's not one that I'm trying to solve.
Back when we were running DAC, after we did VBR which lets you publish
what is basically a single bit saying "this signer is good", we looked
at ways to publish more complex reputation info, and what we found was
that we don't understand the issues well enough to try to standardize
anything.
