The key point was later: If you have any customers, for anything, then
you have a potential conflict of interest when a (potential) customer
wants something that conflicts with what you would otherwise do.
If a spammer offers you $1 million to give a concert at Carnegie Hall
if you don't list him, then you have a conflict of interest. There's
no charge for usage, listing, delisting, or anything else related to
the DNSBL involved.
