Its easy enough to generate ARF. A bit tougher to collect user
complaints. Even tougher when you have pop3 / imap rather than webmail
or customized client users. For that type of user you'd need a useful
toolbar that packages the email into ARF and ships it to their ISP's
spam collection mailbox.
