You don't always know who the final recepient is going to be. All you know
is the next-hop address as in RFC2821 RCPT TO (you can't really use any
of the RFC2822 fields for that as recepient address could be either
"To:", "CC:", "Bcc:" or none at all). But that maybe a forwarding address
and behind the forwarder after next step the actual recepient may have MTA
that does support signature decapsulation.
