I forgot to add that I would like comments and input, review of the tables,
missing conditions, flaw logic, explanations, etc. It is a draft document
and hopefully, in the end, if deemed useful, it can be used by new LMAP
implementators to understand better the envelope entities relationships.

I did this analysis awhile back when I first started to add some of the
various LMAP-based proposals in our smtp server. I just finished up the
document. I think it may help show how LMAP and dynamic vs. post RCPT
validations plays a key role in LMAP results and usage.
