I've been trying to. Not sure what more I can say.
You call DnsQueryW. Sometimes it sends a UDP packet with dest port 53,
but sometimes it does an RPC to some other server. The RPC protocol is
RR-type specific; moreover, reving same would not only requiring reving
the RPC protocol, but would of course also require reving the
server/firewall that's listening on the other side.
