If [B9] is the packet type and [04 0D] the packet length what is the next
[04]?
B9= 1011 1001
10= old packet type
1110= packet typ 14 (decimal)
01-> 2 octed length
I think it is a packet 14 (subkey packet), 040d is the length.
the next 04 is the version number (version 4 packet)
as given in the OpenPGP draft in Chapter 5.5.2. Public Key Packet Formats.
