If [B9] is the packet type and [04 0D] the packet length what is the next
[04]?

B9= 1011 1001
10= old packet type
1110= packet typ 14 (decimal) 
01-> 2 octed length 

I think it is a packet 14 (subkey packet), 040d is the length. the next
04 is the version number (version 4 packet)
as given in the OpenPGP draft in Chapter 5.5.2. Public Key Packet
Formats.

Hi Patric,

Unfortunatly this doen not seem to work.

Version Number is defined for Signature Packets (Type 2) and not for
Signatuer Subpacket (Type 14).

The next octet is 0x34 what is that?? It doesn't match as a signature type
nor does it match for a signatuer subpacket type.

Also in the spec it does not define exactly which bits from a subpacket
type octet are to be used for determining the value? Bit 7 is defined as a
critical flag so do we use the remaining 6-0 bits or a subset of that?
