The main change is that everything in the library is renamed with PGP_ as
a prefix to avoid namespace collisions. More things work including upto
16 recipients and/or one passphrase for encryption. The last 2.6.2 bug
has been squashed (passphrased secret keys that were not 8N bits long).
Some slight restructuring and cleanup. Also now works with tempfiles as
well as pipes.

I left a sed script in the goodies directory if you have some of your own
test programs that need fixing.
