Yeah, I'm hesitant to start documenting all of the different options
(ATRN, ETRN, BDAT, ...), but the basic principle is that PRDR responses
can be used wherever you would normally issue a message acceptance
response, so in the case of BDAT it can be used as an alternative to the
response to data after BDAT LAST.
