Interesting view point.

I would suggest to also add a clause or sentence that it MAY NOT 
necessarily be the same MUA from which it originated (A.K.A the MUA 
author, the MUA writer of the message).
The case in point would be a mailing list; Bounces will typically go to 
the list admin.
