Is draft-iesg-discuss-criteria-02.txt a statement from the IESG of what
it is doing?
I think it is slightly more accurate to say it's a statement of
what we aspire to do.
If it is, what I would ask first is that the IESG commit to updating
this whenever they change the procedures.
On a best effort basis - like every other IETF document, we rely on
the edit-token holder having the time to do so.
