Maybe it would be an idea to get together for a bar BOF or some such in Vancouver and see if we can come up with an outline of such a document. It would be especially useful if both people with questions and people with answers could get together.

I'm not even sure that if we know what needs to be in there we'll have to actually write all of it, there is a lot of information available in a lot of places, at least some of that should be reusable. For instance, publishers, and therefore authors, are always happy to make excerpts available if proper credit is given, so it should be possible to get some good stuff together from various IPv6 books.
