Re: Call for Comment: RFC 4693 experiment

Several IONs have been produced, but I don't see people referring to them.
I've been on various IETF mailing lists for a year or two now and I've
never seen any reference to these ION documents.

Some IONs have been mentioned a few times. See these search results, for

I have also given the AD sponsoring ION link to a fair number of people
in the context of them thinking about submitting some documents to the
IESG from outside WGs. And I would hope the Discuss criteria ION gets used.

I.e., not much use/discussion but some. Personally, I think we should
keep the concept.
