text/plain is what we use, and that's a problem that'll need to be solved.
In practice, reflowing RFC-formatted text/plain works just fine. You have to
skip the page headers, but it's really not that bad. Yes, ASCII-art won't
work well --- but a 800x600 SVG jpeg won't work well on a 3" screen anyway.
