Wow,

your comment is a bit harsh, but it definitely makes some sense :-). Even though I personally don't find recorded audio as useless as you claim, audio quality might undoubtedly be better than it currently is. What we are using now is one of the standard VoIP options provided by Asterisk. You have to keep in mind that the recordings we provide do represent an exact reproduction of the real-time conference we streamed live. This said, we'll certainly improve audio quality in the upcoming releases of our platform.

With this audio quality, this is very close to useless (except maybe for 
historians digging it up 5000 years in the future and painstakingly 
reconstructing what was maybe said).
