I certainly agree that when presentations are made, the slides can be
helpful to those who aren't so fluent in English.

So what you're arguing for is better slides, more time devoted to discussion, and WG leaders taking a more active role in making sure that those 2 things happen.

In other words, the same 3 conclusions we came to the last several times this topic has been discussed.

So how about the people who are interested in this topic put their effort into helping to make those things happen instead of rehashing the discussion again.
