Bear in mind that one of the delays that can occur and is credited to the RFC
editor is author delays in AUTH48; I think another is document dependencies:
a document that has passed IESG review may wait indefinitely in the RFC
editor queue until the documents it depends on are published.
Jari, does your graph include that time?
Yes - RFC editor time includes AUTH48 time, just as the IESG time includes
waiting for revised ID from the authors.
In any case, please do not look at the numbers in too much detail. They haven't
really been validated too much, and again, are from an old run. Working to get
some better numbers when I have spare time…
