The three questions of power:
1 How did you get it?
2 For whose benefit do you use it?
3 How do we get rid of you?
Unless there are satisfactory answers to 1 and 3, the answer to 2 is going
to always be unacceptable. Concentrating decision making power in yet
another unelected, unaccountable body is not viable.
