Phillip, if all you've got to contribute to the discussion is an ad

Pointing out that a statement is untrue and the party refuses to retract it
after their error is pointed out is not Ad Hominem.

What you are engaging in here is a logical fallacy called ad nauseam which
is using a false claim of ad hominem to dismiss a claim.

If a man has lied it is not ad hominem to point out that he is a liar and
future claims he makes may be lies.

DFN accounts for half the graph that the EFF showed. They made no attempt
to find out if their assertion as to what the graph said was accurate and
they continue to make the claim that they have found 600 independent
entities able to issue certs even after agreeing in private that this is
not true.

I suggest that rather than criticizing me for pointing it out you should
ask members of the EFF board why they tolerate this.
